According to my most recent spoiler videos, Coronation Street is set for an intensely emotional week. One favourite is expected to make a hospital run, while another is unhappy over an impending leave.
When Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) gets a call from the hospital requesting her to visit baby Frankie’s bedside right away, she becomes extremely worried.
How will Frankie fare? And what exactly has happened?
That is still to be determined, but as you can see from my spoiler videos below, Betsy Swain (played by Sydney Martin) goes on to confess something that could provide some insight.
Such an admission freaks off Carla Connor (Alison King), so she calls DS Swain (Vicky Myers) for help.
In other scenes on the Street, when Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) decides to leave Weatherfield with her son Dorin, Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) responds shockingly.

When Alina gets to No. 9, it’s to take Dorin from Tyrone and Fiz. Tyrone is aware that his time with Dorin is running out, so he wants her to remain longer, but Alina is certain that she had to leave right away since a car is waiting outside.
Ty offers to carry the suitcases to the car after spotting her passport, but what exactly does he intend to do with them?
Wednesday September 18
Max extends an invitation to join Frankie in life. Lauren is ecstatic and readily admits that she would be interested in such a thing, but her focus quickly shifts when she gets news from the hospital that doctors have advised her to visit as soon as possible.

Friday September 20
After having to step in to break up a fight between Betsy and Lauren, Carla is frightened. She begs Betsy to talk to her about her thoughts, but Betsy says that everyone will despise her.
The teenager acknowledges in startling circumstances that Lauren’s baby may die and that she would be to blame if that happened.
