This week on EastEnders, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) experienced her biggest fear after being misled into thinking her son Albie had been abducted.

Now that Albie is safely back at home, Sharon is committed to keeping him secure and will do everything it takes to ensure he is never abducted again.

She informed lover Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) on tonight’s (November 8) episode that she had been considering installing CCTV outside their home and asked if he could do it before the end of the day.

When she inquired whether she was being foolish, Keanu quickly reassured her that he would.

After everything they had gone through, he made the point that it was preferable to have peace of mind than to continue to live in terror.

Naturally, Keanu’s primary concern is getting caught, as only he and Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) are aware that Albie wasn’t truly abducted and that Keanu made up the narrative when his original plan to flee with Albie backfired.

Albie was sent to live with Karen’s brother-in-law, who had no idea what he had been forced into.

Keanu demanded £50,000 for Albie’s safe return in a ransom letter that he left through Sharon’s door to make things seem plausible.

Fortunately, Keanu was able to persuade Sharon to allow Karen to complete the swap when she was able to obtain a loan of the money from Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden). This prevented their scheme from failing.

Sharon reassured her that she wasn’t being unduly paranoid by mentioning that the hospital had also been in touch and told her not to worry, but they still needed to see Albie for further blood work.

According to recent leaks, Albie’s devoted parents will be shocked by the test findings when they are quickly called to the hospital to address them.

Both Sharon and Keanu decide to have tests after Albie’s results, and Sharon is left in shock as a consequence.

What findings will Albie have?
