After falling victim to an identity scam, Daniel Brocklebank, star of Coronation Street, advised fans to be caution.
Using social media, the actor—who plays Billy Mayhew in the ITV serial opera—warned his followers about a Facebook account that seems to be connected to him.
Daniel posted a message on Instagram saying, “I don’t have a Facebook account.” It’s not me if you’re communicating with me on Facebook.
“Please block them and report the account.”
Apart from identity theft, Daniel and Jordan Coulthard have been having the time of their lives. They recently took a romantic vacation to Crete, which Dan, the soap opera star, documented on social media.
“Crete, you’ve been incredible,” he captioned the images at the time. “It was worth the wait—my first trip overseas since 2018.” Had the finest time, Jordan commented in response to the post.
The pair first made their relationship public in June when they were photographed together at the Lytham Festival. Former EastEnder Cheryl Fergison shared photos of the pair on social media.
Daniel and Jordan then made their Instagram debut together, and the two looked adorable in the photo.
Before before, Dan was romantically involved with Rob Mallard, who co-stars in the soap opera as Daniel Osbourne. In 2017, the actors dated for several months.
Daniel’s personality Billy has been the focus of a major plot in Corrie lately, following his marriage to Paul Foreman (Peter Ash), who has been identified as having motor neurone illness.
In later scenes, Billy gets called in for a meeting with the Bishop, who informs him that he is ready to lift the suspension since he believes it is time for him to return to work.
Billy is eager to inform Paul, but tragedy is ahead when Paul learns from the MND nurse that he has just six to twelve months to live.
