Ella Forster (Paula Lane) appeared to be a really kind girl when she first came in Emmerdale. She was intelligent, vivacious, and humorous, and she was never afraid to speak up for others she believed were struggling.
Even though the abusive man was Ella’s supervisor at the time, she helped Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) in her debut episode when she was being humiliated at a party.
Additionally, Dawn Fletcher (Olivia Bromley) has found her to be a nice friend, and Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) has confided in her.
Soon after, a romantic relationship evolved between Ella and Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), her coworker at Brook Cottage Surgery. We began to see clues that Ella might not be as kind as she appeared.
He had a brief affair with Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and was really enamored with her, so when the connection with Liam began, he wasn’t sure what to think. Ella’s jealousy of Chas was quickly revealed, as seen by her dismal expression when she saw Liam and Chas sharing a brief moment.
Ella and Meena Jutla, the main antagonist of Emmerdale, are rumored to be related in some way (Paige Sandhu).
She has told us about a former friend of Meena’s who worked as a nurse and inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. Was she referring to Meena, perhaps?
Whatever the truth is regarding her history, it seems certain that secrets will soon come to light. Ella and Liam are becoming closer by the day, so it will get harder to keep some parts of her past a secret.
Soon-to-air episodes will depict Ella growing increasingly frustrated with the direction the relationship is taking and finding it more difficult to hide things from Liam.
Photos from the location shoot, which see Ella getting into a heated altercation at a June Phillips funeral, indicate that there is still a lot to come from the character.
Due to an altercation with one of the mourners, Liam becomes embroiled as well, and Ella also becomes involved.
