Coronation Street ‘confirms’ tragedy for jailed Roy Cropper as legend is forced to break the news in new spoiler videos

With jaw-dropping news hitting the cobbles, plus a devastating update for Roy, Coronation Street is packing the emotional punches next week (Picture: ITV)

According to my brand-new spoiler videos, Roy Cropper’s (David Neilson) agony is about to grow much worse on Coronation Street, as the beloved figure unintentionally becomes an enemy while inside.

After being sent back to the Weatherfield jail, the evil Griff Reynolds (Michael Condron) comes back to sow havoc. It doesn’t take him long to target poor, gullible Roy.

The renowned café owner has experienced enough, doesn’t he?

In another scene on the cobbles, Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) pleads with son Kit (Jacob Roberts) to listen to her, while Abi Webster (Sally Carman) learns a startling new development about a former criminal.

Will he give her a chance, though?

You don’t have to wait until next week to have a glance at everything mentioned above; my most recent collection of spoiler videos is here to hold you over. Let’s get started.

You won’t regret it, I promise!

Bernie visits the police station to express his gratitude to Kit for his earlier assistance with Paul. Kit becomes softer and inquires about Paul; Bernie replies that he’s at home taking a nap.

Bernie begs the investigator to listen to her, stating that she would leave him alone permanently if he doesn’t like what she has to say. The detective is extremely clear that he doesn’t want Bernie around.

Will Kit allow her to try?

Griff is back in the jail in Weatherfield.

Though he is innocent, Roy, who is incarcerated at the moment for the alleged “murder” of Lauren Bolton, passes by the terrorist and fails to identify him.

Sadly for Roy, Griff notices him and gives him a fixed glare as if he were about to snap. Roy is in grave danger.
