Coronation Street Lauren’s new love interest ‘revealed’ – and it’s not Max or Daniel

After a turbulent few months, viewers of Coronation Street have ‘figured out’ who Lauren Bolton could be interested in dating.

Fans of the ITV soap opera Coronation Street have “figured out” who Lauren Bolton’s next romantic interest will be.

Since making her debut on the ITV soap opera in 2022, the little girl (Cait Fitton) has experienced a turbulent few years. Furthermore, Lauren unexpectedly returned to the cobbles a few months after being missing.

It came to light that her disappearance was the result of sicko solicitor Joel Deering (Calum Lill). After Lauren needed help paying her bills last year, Joel slowly but surely made his way into her life and forced her into a sexual relationship.

After a furious dispute in which Lauren brought up the name of her fiancée, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown), he then left her for dead after beating her skull in.

But when Lauren came back, she told Joel that she was expecting his child. Joel then made a desperate attempt to murder her by giving her a medication.

However, his horrifying scheme failed, as she went into early delivery and the baby lived. Joel too believed he had gotten away with his misdeeds, but last week the truth was revealed.

Since then, Lauren and Dee-Dee have joined forces to eliminate Joel. Fans, though, are positive they know who Lauren may be hooking up with next.

Some viewers have conjectured that Lauren and Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) may begin a romance since they would be “really good” for one other, while some fans believe she could start a romance with her closest friend Max Turner (Patrick Bever).

Fans of the soap opera discussed Craig’s possible new love interest in a Reddit post. One individual commented in the comments area, saying, “Maybe Lauren. She is in need of a kind person right now.

Another person wrote, “I think this is actually a really good suggestion,” in agreement. Though I don’t particularly enjoy the histories of either of these individuals, I believe that this may be the beginning of the end for both of them.

A third pondered, too: “I completely concur. They would make a fantastic couple. I would personally love to see this one come to fruition since we could use a little more optimism.

“Me too and not have it go pear-shaped too quickly afterwards, certainly not while we, the audience, are still riding the feel-good wave,” commented a comment from another. I would really like to see a couple defy the odds and have a wonderful, quiet life together after overcoming their (childhood) traumas.
