Following her breakup with her mysterious lover earlier this week, Lauren Bolton has been linked to a new love interest on Coronation Street.

The disturbed young girl has just lately begun to indicate that she has a wealthy lover, which has many close to her wondering whether he really exists. Max Turner asked Lauren around for tea with his girlfriend Sabrina Adetiba on Monday’s programme. Sabrina also invited Gav.

Lauren became worried when Sabrina proposed that he accompany her in an attempt to learn more about Lauren’s partner. Lauren eventually joined the three, but she later said that her boyfriend had to leave since he had to work late. Lauren and Gav hit it off right away, but her phone promptly died.

Wednesday night, Sabrina persisted in questioning Lauren about her boyfriend. When she asked what kind of work he does, the young man replied that he enjoys coding, IT, maths and computers. He also said that his hours are so irregular that she hardly ever gets to see him. Lauren persisted in attempting to shift the topic, particularly when they proposed getting together. In response, Max chose to confront Lauren and inquire about her veracity, even doubting her existence.

Lauren was left outraged at the accusation as she tearfully ordered Max out of the café. Later, when alone, Lauren rung her mystery boyfriend, saying that people keep thinking he doesn’t exist. The two started to argue before Lauren insisted that they were “finished” as he tried to ring her again, with viewers not seeing the identity of the caller.

On Friday, Lauren revealed to her friends that she was single as Max and Sabrina invited her to the Bistro for lunch with Gav. Lauren decided to knock back the vodka from a secret stash in her handbag, which resulted in her being kicked out the venue by a furious Toyah. During the scenes, Gav admitted he was interested in Lauren, revealing the only reason he joined the group for lunch was because she was single but would never make a move while she was drunk.

Later, after being kicked out, Lauren was visited by Max and Gav, who asked her about her mystery boyfriend. Max, who had seen Lauren talking to Daniel Osbourne earlier, then asked if Daniel was her ex to which a horrified Lauren insisted it was not him. Lauren refused to reveal who her mystery ex was, which led to Gav sharing some sweet words.

Gav said that Lauren will find someone nice and kind who really cares about her, pointing out that she was lovely and gorgeous.
