Emmerdale spoilers – Kerry Wyatt makes a big decision but it might be too little too late

Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), who was charged with stealing on the cruise ship, found herself back in Emmerdale.

She fiercely denied any wrongdoing to anybody who questioned, but it was discovered behind closed doors that she had hidden away a large sum of money as well as an expensive jewellery stockpile.

She continued to spend this money carelessly, saying the cruise line had paid her a settlement. She splurged on high-end handbags and shoes, but she was cautious to inform others around her that they were only excellent imitations.

Kerry has been inundated with angry texts from someone whose tolerance has run out all this time. Kerry has just disregarded them, as is her custom.

On the other hand, it seems like the former Cher imposter is about to face a difficult choice.

She had to give up her cherished diamond jewellery.

Actress Laura Norton teased what would happen to Kerry when she said to Metro.co.uk, “From her point of view, she just wants to have fun, live her life, and be with a family.” However, I can see that she’s just in the mindset where she will continue to make poor decisions.

Therefore, it is unclear whether the transaction was made to increase cash flow or to cover up her wrongdoing before something worse occurred. If the latter is the case, as it most certainly is, has she lost the chance to save her own skin?

Laura bemoans her return to the ITV soap opera to Metro.co.uk as Kerry’s plot picks more steam. She spoke about her conflicted feelings upon returning after going to have two kids!

She told us, “It’s been a mixture of emotions.”

It’s a genuine roller coaster—I’m delighted to see everyone, happy to be working and doing what I love, and afraid of losing the kids because I’m fascinated with them and will miss them and want to know what they’re doing all the time. We hope Kerry stays put for a long time since, happily, she says they’re all settling into their “new routine now”!
