Coronation Street is airing a special week of episodes where what happened to Lauren Bolton will finally be revealed in a shocking turn of events

Fans of Coronation Street expressed their emotions when the killer of Lauren Bolton was eventually “uncovered.”

In honour of the Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals, the ITV soap opera, which is available on Virgin Media in Ireland, is airing a very special week of episodes during which we will finally find out what happened to Lauren Bolton the night she vanished. After discovering a blood-stained chair leg in her apartment, the police, under the direction of DS Swain, are certain she is dead. But is that really the case, or is she still alive?

The soap opera has been hinting at a big week in store for viewers, with Roy’s jail nightmare coming to a climax and Nathan Curtis suddenly finding himself under suspicion for Lauren’s murder as Sarah attempts to get involved.

Fans of soap operas will be able to see the same day through the eyes of four distinct characters in this week’s episodes, which will also disclose Lauren’s true fate. The main plot point of tonight’s episode was Sarah’s desperate attempt to assist her daughter Bethany permanently get free of her abusive husband Nathan. But how far would she go to secure Nathan’s imprisonment?
